5/4/24 - Mind Body Spirit Fest 2024 > On Saturday, May 4th, 2024, the SDMC were honored to help kick off the Conscious Michiana (@consciousmichiana) Mind Body Spirit Fest for the 11am Opening 'Calming Presence' Meditation Session on The Mind Stage. We also conducted "Meditate HERE & NOW!" w/Sunday Drive Meditation Collective (Booth #10). Offering instruction on the elements of simple, quiet sitting meditation and short practice sessions throughout the day at the top of every hour. We also featured the Free Kindness Bowl! Festival attendees were able to pick a "kindness" prompt from our bowl and receive related statements of love & kindness from life coach and Collective member, Janice Stutz (@stutzjanice).
